Deputy Head of Mission to Solomon Islands
Ms Sally-Anne Vincent
Sally-Anne Vincent is a senior career officer with the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT). Ms Vincent commenced as Deputy Head of Mission in Honiara in February 2019.
Ms Vincent has previously served overseas as Deputy Head of Mission Dhaka (2016-2018), Head of Development Cooperation at the Australia Embassy in Kabul (2014-2015) and with the Regional Assistance Mission to Solomon Islands (2008-2011). In Canberra Ms Vincent has held a range of positions including Director, DFAT Functional and Efficiency Review Taskforce and within the Australian Agency for International Development (AusAID) as Director, Afghanistan and Uruzgan Transition. Ms Vincent served on the Committee for Development Cooperation from 2015 to 2018.
Born in Perth, Ms Vincent holds a Masters of International Social Development from the University of New South Wales and a Bachelor of Arts from Murdoch University.
